pages, newsgroups, professional society sites, corporate sites, other
resume databases, and direct candidate postings on 2JobSeeker.
Does 2JobSeeker get resumes from the major job boards, like Monster.com
or HotJobs.com?
No.
Does 2JobSeeker limit the geographic areas where I can search for resumes?
No. On 2JobSeeker you can always search for candidates from any geographic
location without any additional costs.
Are there any other fees associated with using 2JobSeeker?
No. The only fee is your subscription fee. There are no hidden or extra
charges on 2JobSeeker.
Why is 2JobSeeker so inexpensive compared to other job boards?
Two reasons, first, 2JobSeeker is not paying millions of dollars for Super
Bowl advertisements and then passing those costs on to our customers.
Second, 2JobSeeker uses highly automated software that helps us to minimize
support costs and pass those lower costs on to you, our customers.
Do candidates know their resume is on 2JobSeeker?
In most cases, they do not. This is because of how 2JobSeeker gets resumes.
2JobSeeker serves as a resume aggregation service, gathering resumes from
thousands and thousands of other web sites and aggregating that content
under a keyword search interface. So the resumes you will find on 2JobSeeker
nave been posted somewhere on the Internet. What 2JobSeeker does is similar
to what Google does, except that 2JobSeeker only indexes resumes, not
the entire Internet.
